I recently tried Harmony Matcha, and it's a delightful way to enjoy matcha. The individual packaging is super convenient, and the yuzu flavor adds a unique, refreshing twist. It's noticeably smooth, with no bitterness, and I appreciate that it's sweetened with organic sugar. I feel a gentle energy boost and focus without the jitters, thanks to the L-theanine.

I absolutely love the flavor of this Harmony Proteins yuzu matcha tea. I like that it comes in little packets making them easy to throw in my purse to take with me. It is very quick to prepare as it mixes easily in water or milk just by stirring with a spoon. I find this tea especially refreshing when mixed in cold milk with plenty of ice! I love how the citrus taste of yuzu comes through and blends nicely with the earthy flavor of matcha. Tastes so good. On the downside, I feel this tea blend contains a little too much sugar for its small serving size of one cup. It has 8 grams of added sugar which is equivalent to over 2 teaspoons of sugar per serving. Overall, I find this yuzu matcha tea nice and refreshing tea but I had to dock a star for the sugar content.

I like the taste of this matcha tea, and the hint of yuzu adds a minor citrusy flavor. It mixes wel and works nicely with milk too. It is sweeter than other matcha tea's I've tried. I do like this flavored matcha but it's not something I’d reach for every day.

Admittedly I have a sweet tooth and a constant craving for an afternoon treat. This is a nice solution for both and has a nice balanced blend of the citrusy yuzu and earthy matcha. I'm a cold drink 24/7 kinda person so did this over ice. The packets seem made more for hot drinks as they instruct you to mix it with 4oz of cold liquid and 4oz of ice, and that's not that much in terms of a drink imo so do with that what you will. It's nice they come in the portable packets, tho I would say it blends best with a hand frother or the like vs a blender bottle/protein shaker etc. It is nice that it's vegan and has few ingredients, adding to the quality. Overall pretty impressed.
