How to Start a Return

return shipping label and instructions. Please don’t send returns without contacting us first
as they won’t be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
Contact us immediately at info@thefrozenbean.com if your order is defective, damaged, or
incorrect. We’ll make it right.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow
3-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
