Added Sugar

First ingredient SUGAR. I wish I would have seen that there are 8 grams added sugar, before I purchased this.
Also I didn’t taste even a hint of lavender.
Otherwise mixed well and tastes sweet.
The package is very small.

I ordered the Lavender Matcha flavored Harmony Proteins Matcha Powder Set. It comes in a pink and green pouch with a resealable top. Unfortunately, I cannot re-seal the bag for the life of me no matter how many times I try. The powder does not need to be sifted and whisked like traditional matcha. You simply add a tablespoon (which is a lot) to a cup of hot or cold water. Much of that bulk (8 out of 10 grams) is added sugar. So, it tastes ok because it is so sweet. You definitely get both the lavender and matcha flavors under the sweetness. The color is an offputting muddy brown green rather than the vibrant green of fresh matcha. It's kind of pricey at $24, but as noted above you can knock off 25% by signing up for Subscribe & Save. I've only tried this hot, but I suspect it would be good cold as well.

Ice this for the perfect summer drink!

I'm not a very regular matcha person, but these flavored ones from this brand are so good! They make matcha more fun and tasty! I love the lavendar and then the strawberry one as well, they are only slightly sweet and then packed with so much natural flavor! I like them iced personally, so good!
