I really appreciate their thought that went into this matcha with not using preservatives and using organic sugar. I received the strawberry flavor and it is delicious. The instructions are easy to follow for both hot and iced. Hot you mix 1tbsp with 8oz of hot water or milk then for iced you mix 1tbsp with 4oz of cold water or milk and stir well then add 4oz of ice. You'll notice the iced is 4oz liquid and 4oz ice, which is smart so the ice doesn't dilute it. I tried it both ways and it was very pleasant. It is a little harder to mix when cold so you might want to mix it in some hotter water or milk first then ice it down but not bad of a process overall.

It's impossible to close it once it's open and requires a clip. I much prefer a canister for powders. Other than that, it's a good product.
